Intramammary antibiotic suspension for treatment of clinical mastitis. Each single dose injector contains 300 mg of Cephapirin and 20mg of Prednisolone in a rapid release base.

Lactating intramammary for dairy cattle

Active Ingredients  
300 mg cephapirin (as sodium salt) and 20 mg prednisilone


Indications 
Broad spectrum treatment of clinical mastitis in lactating cows caused by Gram positive bacteria and Gram negative bacteria sensitive to cephapirin. Prednisolone assists in the reduction in local signs of inflammation and fever induced by clinical mastitis and rapid recovery in milk production.


Dosage
The contents of one syringe should be infused into each quarter via the teat canal, immediately after milking, at 12 hour intervals for four consecutive milkings.


Withholding Period 
                                Withholding period following 4 treatments
                                Milk: 10 milkings (120 hours) 
                                Meat: 3 days
